Tasting notes
It presents a crystalline and bright ruby color. On the nose, it stands out for the elegance of mature red fruit aromas, such as raspberry and cherry, harmoniously enveloped in notes of dark chocolate and spices. On the palate, it is engaging and full-bodied, with mature and well-polished tannins, giving it a velvety texture. The finish is long and expressive, leaving a persistent sensation of juicy fruit and cocoa notes.
Food Pairing
Lamb rack with herb crust and sweet potato purée, Aged steak with pepper sauce and rustic potatoes, Seared tuna with sesame crust and red wine reduction, Tagliatelle with wild mushrooms and truffle oil.
Vinification
Manual vinification. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
