Tasting notes
Light salmon color. Aroma of red fruits, light tropical and a touch of minerality. Lively and fresh, with excellent volume, balanced by the acidity. Fine and persistent finish with great gastronomical potential.
Food Pairing
Sushi, Italian and Asian food.
Vinification
Manual harvesting to 15 kg chests. The grapes were destemmed and subject to gentle direct pressing in a pneumatic press, in order to extract a light rose color, followed by cold decantation of the must. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel vats.
Vineyards
Vineyards located at the Sub-Region of Terras de Senhorim between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted between 400 and 500m of altitude in granite soils, with ages between 8 and 50 years old.
