TASTING NOTES
Colour A very light rosy colour.
Aroma Lively aroma of red fruit (raspberry, strawberry, plum) with delicate notes of wood. Very elegant.
Mouth On the palate, the acidity is very present, with good volume and persistence.

Food Pairing
Goes well with composed salads, sushi, white meats and lightly aged cheeses.

Vinification
Direct pressing of the grapes in an inertised pneumatic press. Static decanting for 48 hours, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at 15º C.

Barrel Aging
500L French oak barrels used for 8 months, with battonage of the fine lees.
