Catching the grapes, crushing them and letting the must ferment is just the culmination of the process. At this moment the pruning season takes place on the hectares of Pacheca vineyard, an essential work to provide better production conditions and balance between the plant and its vegetation. The task consists in the cutting of the rods, to stimulate the growth of the buds responsible for the future production. It works with all the gas to guarantee the obtaining of grapes of superior quality.
