Tasting notes
Garnet red colour. Aroma fresh with notes of black and red jammy and spicy fruits. Complexity and elegance, with firm and delicate tannins.
Food Pairing
Goat, duck rice, game and rojões.
Vinification
Manual harvest into chests of 15kg. Manual selection in sorting table. After destemming and crushing, the different varieties are vinified individually in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures with maceration adequate to their characteristics.
Vineyards
Vineyards located at the Sub-Region of Terras de Senhorim between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted between 400 and 500m of altitude in granite soils, with ages between 8 and 50 years old.
