TASTING NOTES
Aroma with hints of tropical fruits, spices and mineral notes. Full, fresh, with a long finish.

Food pairing
A superb “before lunch” wine, excellent with grilled fish, seafood, as well as sushi. Perfect with starters.

Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel vats for a 30 day period, followed by 2 to 3 months batonnage. 3 months of bottle staging.
