Tasting notes
Citrine colour. It shows mine- rality, concentration, white fruit and hints of clay. The palate is fresh, irreverent and the finish is long and challenging.

Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá, octopus cataplana, tuna steak with asparagus, Nisa cheese.
Vinification
Winemaking took place using the traditional process, in clay amphorae and without temperature control.
Vineyards
Vineyards planted in crato a small town in the sub-region of Portalegre near the São Mamede Mountain, vineyards with an average age of 12 years, at an altitude of between 260 and 300 meters.
