Tasting notes
Citric color. Fruit aroma, with citirc notes and some complexity of vanilla notes from the barrel. Good structure in the palate, fresh and good acidity in the end.
Food Pairing
Perfect with light grilled food, such as white fish fillets, poultry and vegetables.
Vinification
The grapes were manually harvested in chests of 25kg, destemmed and pressed in pneumatic press. The resulted must fermentedat a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC. Aged on fine lees after the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with French oak staves and with weekly batonnage during 9 months.
Vineyards
Vineyards planted in crato a small town in the sub-region of Portalegre near the São Mamede Mountain.
