TASTING NOTES
Aromas of mature plums, wild berries, spices, and bitter chocolate. A medium to full bodied wine, with the mid-palate balanced by fine and long tannins.

Food pairing
It pairs perfectly with strong aromas and flavours, such as stews, traditional lamb dishes, black pig and feather game.

Vinification
After a selection in the vineyard, a second selection was made on the sorting table and fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 27ºC.
