Game meats, roasted goat, carre d’agneau.
Vinification
Manual harvest into chests of 15kg. Manual selection of the grapes in mat. After destemming and crushing, the vinification occurred in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, with adequate maceration to its characteristics.
Vineyards
Old vineyards from Quinta da Teixuga, with ages between 50 and 70 years, planted in granite soils.
