Description: It was done in stainless steel vats with temperature control of fermentation, with grape Malvasia Fina, Cerceal, Gouveio and Moscatel. The technical responsibility is the winemaker Maria Serpa Pimentel, who has for some time been operating a renewal process of the profile of house wines, without neglecting the image of this classic Douro producer.
Tasting Note: Produced from Cerceal, Malvasia Fina, Gouveio and Moscatel, Pacheca white is a dry wine showing floral aromas and a fruity, refreshing flavor.
