Tasting notes
Ruby color. Complex aroma of ripe red fruit and light floral notes. Intense and deep, full-bodied wine, well balanced and clear.

Ideal to accompany red meat and roasted fish dishes.
Vinification
Destemming and crushing, fermentation in stainless steel vats at 24ºc. for 6 to 7 days. Post fermentative maceration that can take up to 2 months.

Vineyards planted in crato a small town in the sub-region of Portalegre near the São Mamede Mountain.
