TASTING NOTES
Colour White wine with a greenish citrine colour.
Aroma Aroma with notes of citrus fruit, white asparagus, some herbaceousness.
Mouth The palate is fresh, slightly herbaceous and medium-bodied.

Food Pairing
It pairs well with light meals such as fresh salads, smoked fish and white meats.

Vineyards
These grapes come from a 20-year-old plot in Pombal de Ansiães (600 m) and another vineyard in the Vila Real area - in the parish of Mateus.

Vinification
Direct pressing of the grapes in a pneumatic press, vilification in an open spout after static decanting to eliminate coarse lees.

Barrel Aging
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is clarified and stabilized for bottling.
