VINEYARDS
These grapes come from a 20-year-old plot in Pombal de Ansiães (600 m) and another vineyard in the Vila Real area - in the parish of Mateus.
TASTING NOTES
COLOUR White wine with a greenish citrine color.
AROMA Aroma with notes of citrus fruit, white asparagus, some herbaceousness.
MOUTH The palate is fresh, slightly herbaceous and medium-bodied.
FOOD PAIRING
It pairs well with light meals such as fresh salads, smoked fish, and white meats.
VINIFICATION
Direct pressing of the grapes in a pneumatic press, vinification in an open spout after static decanting to eliminate coarse lees.
