Tasting notes
Pink colour. It has an aroma of raspberries and fresh strawberries, with slight floral nuances. It has some structure, proving to be very lively and fresh, with a very balanced acidity.
Food Pairing
Fish, pasta dishes, sushi, salads and light meats.
Vinification
Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes. The whole grapes are unloaded into a mass pump, from where they are sent to the pneumatic press where they are pressed slightly. The must obtained is transferred to a stainless steel vat and subjected to static decanting for clarification.
Vineyards
Vineyards located at the Sub-Region of Terras de Senhorim between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted between 400 and 500m of altitude in granite soils, with approximately 30 years.
