Colour Ruby.
Aroma Very elegant wine, with good aromatic intensity, notes of bergamot and violet with well integrated wood.
Mouth Good structure in the mouth, rounded tannins, freshness, and a long and persistent finish.
Vineyards
This wine in obtained from grapes that come from a 32 years old parcel installed at 140 meters of altitude.
Vinification
The grapes were manually harvested, destemmed and pressed. The fermentation occurred during 7 days in the traditional granitic stone tanks with foot treading and smooth reassembles.. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine was transferred to 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation occurred and where it aged for 18 months.
