Grapes sorted on the sorting mat. After destemming, the grapes are trodden by foot in granite vats. Fermentation takes place for 7 days with pumping over. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to second and third year French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation took place. Aged for 18 months in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels and barrels.
