Grape Varietal: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz
The “Pacheca Rosé” is a wine that comes mostly from a grape varietal selected Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz, which gave it a medium alcohol content and high acidity. It was vinified by the traditional method of “Bica Aberta” and has aromas typical of rosé, and what stands out most is the aroma of berries, characteristic of Touriga Nacional. It is a wine that can accompany light dishes and salads.
