TASTING NOTES
Colour Citrus yellow with greenish hints.
Aroma Delicate aroma of lime and white fruit.
Mouth Intense, with plenty of freshness and mouth structure. Present but delicate tannins. Long and persistent finish.
Food Pairing
Cured and blue cheeses. Dishes of fatty fish like cold and turbot. Creamy rice dishes with shellfish and risottos. Elaborate white meats.
Vineyards
Blend ofd grapes from the highest zones of the parishes of Martim, Pombal de Ansiães, Loureiro and Oliveira.
Vinification
Whole grape pressing with the use of free-run juice. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and finishes in 5000L French oak vats and new and used 500L barrels.
Barrel Aging
5000L vats and 500L barrels on fine lees for one year, with periodic battonage.
