TASTING NOTES
Colour Light yellow.
Aroma Exuberant aroma, typical of the grape variety, with notes of citrus, apricot, white flowers, lime and honey.
Mouth It is a very balanced and elegant wine, with a high acidity which gives it freshness, texture and persistence.
Food Pairing
It pairs well with light dishes such as salads, pasta or sushi.
Vineyards
The grapes were harvested from a parcel installed ate 571 meters altitude in the region Alijó.
Vinification
The grapes were manually harvested in chests of 25kg, destemmed and pressed in pneumatic press after being cooled. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 12-14º C for 14 days.
