Pacheca Vale de Abraão is a wine obtained from grapes that come from vineyards planted in Quinta de Vale de Abraão, Rio Pinhão Valley and Vilariça Valley.

Grape Varieties: 50% Touriga Franca / 50% Touriga Nacional

Vinification Method: The grapes were manually harvested, destemmed, and crushed. The fermentation occurred during 7 days in the traditional granitic stone tanks with foot treading and smooth reassembles. At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine was transferred to stainless steel vats where the malolactic fermentation took place and then aged in 7000 L barrels for 18 months.

Aroma: It’s very elegant with notes of violets and orange tree flour as well as spicy aromas from the oak.

Mouth: It’s complex with rounded tannins, notes of chocolate and implicit freshness. Long and very persistent finish.

Contains sulfites
