Vineyards
The grapes that originated this wine came from the highest parcels of Quinta de Vale de Abraão. The intention with the choice of these plots is to have natural acidity in the grapes that's important to originate lighter and fresher wines.
Vinification
The grapes were manually harvested in chests of 25kg, destemmed and pressed in pneumatic press, after being cooled. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 12-14° C during 14 days.
