Pacheca Moscatel do Douro is obtained from a careful selection of the best Moscatel do Douro grapes from a small parcel of Quinta da Pacheca. These are then slowly fermented at low temperature (16-18 ° C) until the fermentation is stopped by the addition of brandy. It aged in old chestnut casks, very much in the style of an old Port wine, presenting a blondish color.

Gastronomia It has a very elegant aroma with notes of caramelized pear. In the mouth reveals to be a greasy wine, very fat, glycerin with fresh citrus notes and a persistent finish.
