TASTING NOTES
White wine with a greenish citrine color. A lively and vibrant aroma, initially highlighting the prominent presence of green apple and lime, accompanied by delicate floral notes that impart elegance and sophistication. On the palate, the wine reveals a balanced and harmonious profile, with nuances of white fruit. The acidity is well-integrated, contributing to a fresh and flavorful finish.

Vinification
Manual harvest in 15 Kg boxes. Manual selection on a sorting table. After destemming and crushing, the mass is sent to a pneumatic press where the must is separated from the skins, followed by static decantation for clarification, and then fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Vineyards
Between 15 and 20 years old, between 600 and 700 meters.
