Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of tasks within the hotel, from customer service to tidying and space maintenance
  • Support reception duties, housekeeping, and other activities as needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in the HR department
  • Support the administrative management of HR processes
  • Maintain and update the candidate database
  • Participate in recruitment and selection initiatives
  • Manage recruitment requests and related processes
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to training
  • Support payroll processing (prior experience required)
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations
  • Handle admissions and terminations in Social Security and related systems
  • Organize and archive documents, both physical and digital
  • Assist with contracts, declarations, occupational health, work accidents, etc.
  • Draft employment contracts, addenda, and various statements
  • Carry out other related HR tasks

Requirements

  • Offer warm, personalized service to guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience
  • Set and organize tables according to hotel standards

  • Work closely with kitchen and reception teams for smooth and efficient operations
  • Ensure impeccable service and uphold high standards at all times

Requirements

  • Training in hospitality and/or food service
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus
  • Prior experience in similar roles within the hotel or restaurant sector

  • Assist in food preparation
  • Support various kitchen tasks

  • Help prepare dishes and pastry items under the Chef’s guidance

  • Assist in managing ingredient and material stock

  • Lead Artificial Intelligence projects with cross-functional and transformational impact within the Group
  • Design, develop, and implement analytical AI solutions focused on operational efficiency and enhanced customer experience
  • Drive both the conceptual and practical aspects of the Group's digital transformation
  • Monitor ongoing initiatives and identify improvement opportunities to maximize impact
  • Present and communicate results to internal stakeholders in a clear and compelling way

Requirements

  • Higher education in Economics, Management, or Engineering
  • Professional experience in relevant roles (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead guided tours of the vineyards and winery
  • Present and explain the wine production process
  • Conduct wine tastings with guests
  • Provide visitors with a unique, memorable experience
  • Assist in the planning and execution of wine tourism events

Requirements

  • Background in Tourism, Oenology, Hospitality, or Languages
  • Passion for wine and enological culture
  • Excellent group communication skills
  • Fluency in foreign languages

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas
  • Organize and clean spaces according to established standards
  • Change bed linens, towels, and restock hygiene products
  • Keep cleaning materials and equipment in good condition
  • Follow hygiene and safety protocols rigorously
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high service quality

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or Accounting
  • Experience in financial and management accounting, taxation, and treasury (preferred)
  • Proven experience in accounting (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of classification, posting, and archiving under the Portuguese Accounting Standards (SNC)
  • Familiarity with preparing and submitting tax declarations (VAT, Model 22, IES, etc.)
  • Experience with bank reconciliations
  • Proficiency in ERP software, preferably Cegid
