Location Quinta da Pacheca and Quinta São José do Barrilário

Responsibilities

  • Personalized and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a unique experience
  • Preparation and arrangement of tables according to hotel standards
  • Assisting guests with menu guidance and recommendations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas
  • Working closely with kitchen and reception teams for smooth operations
  • Ensuring impeccable service at all times, delivering a high-quality experience

Requirements

  • Training in hospitality and/or catering
  • Fluent in languages (English is mandatory)
  • Previous experience in the role or in hospitality/catering services
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Location Quinta da Pacheca

In our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals alongside the team, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace. We are looking for dynamic and responsible professionals to join a space that, in addition to daily service, hosts social events, groups, and buffets.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and cooking of meals
  • Plating dishes and setting up buffets
  • Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
  • Collaboration in events, banquets, and group services
  • Organization and cleaning of the workspace

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience (in restaurants, hospitality, or catering is valued)
  • Team spirit and adaptability
  • Availability for rotating schedules and events
  • Culinary/gastronomy training is a plus

Location Valpaços

Responsibilities

  • Offer warm, personalized service to guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience
  • Set and organize tables according to hotel standards
  • Guide and recommend items from the menu with confidence and friendliness
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in service areas
  • Work closely with kitchen and reception teams for smooth and efficient operations
  • Ensure impeccable service and uphold high standards at all times

Requirements

  • Training in hospitality and/or food service
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus
  • Prior experience in similar roles within the hotel or restaurant sector
  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Location Golfe de Amarante

Responsibilities

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure;
  • Support in the upkeep of the unit’s systems;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of facilities, maintaining quality and safety;

Requirements

  • Experience in maintenance;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
  • Immediate or short-term availability;
  • Basic computer skills;

Location Cambres

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas
  • Organize and clean spaces according to established standards
  • Change bed linens, towels, and restock hygiene products
  • Keep cleaning materials and equipment in good condition
  • Follow hygiene and safety protocols rigorously
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high service quality

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Time management and efficiency under pressure
  • Availability to work shifts and weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
