Location Golfe de Amarante

In our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals alongside the team, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace. We are looking for dynamic and responsible professionals to join a space that, in addition to daily service, hosts social events, groups, and buffets.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and cooking of meals
  • Plating dishes and setting up buffets
  • Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
  • Collaboration in events, banquets, and group services
  • Organization and cleaning of the workspace

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience (in restaurants, hospitality, or catering is valued)
  • Team spirit and adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Offer warm, personalized service to guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience
  • Set and organize tables according to hotel standards
  • Guide and recommend items from the menu with confidence and friendliness

  • Work closely with kitchen and reception teams for smooth and efficient operations

Requirements

  • Training in hospitality and/or food service

Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation
  • Support various kitchen tasks
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized
  • Help prepare dishes and pastry items under the Chef’s guidance
  • Ensure ingredients are prepared with attention to quality and freshness
  • Rigorously follow hygiene and food safety standards
  • Assist in managing ingredient and material stock
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and pastry teams to maintain efficiency and consistency

  • Culinary or pastry training

  • Lead Artificial Intelligence projects with cross-functional and transformational impact within the Group
  • Design, develop, and implement analytical AI solutions focused on operational efficiency and enhanced customer experience
  • Drive both the conceptual and practical aspects of the Group's digital transformation
  • Monitor ongoing initiatives and identify improvement opportunities to maximize impact
  • Present and communicate results to internal stakeholders in a clear and compelling way

Requirements

  • Higher education in Economics, Management, or Engineering
  • Professional experience in relevant roles (preferred)
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure;
  • Support in the upkeep of the unit’s systems;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of facilities, maintaining quality and safety;

Requirements

  • Experience in maintenance;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
  • Immediate or short-term availability;
  • Basic computer skills;

Location Cambres

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas
  • Organize and clean spaces according to established standards
  • Change bed linens, towels, and restock hygiene products
  • Keep cleaning materials and equipment in good condition
  • Follow hygiene and safety protocols rigorously
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high service quality

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring impeccable service and delivering a high-quality experience

Location Ribafreixo - Vidigueira

Responsibilities

  • Administrative and organizational support
  • Customer and partner service
  • Assistance in managing bookings for wine tourism visits and experiences
  • Collaboration in events, wine tastings, and group receptions
  • Support for sales and marketing teams when needed

Requirements

  • Education or experience in administrative roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer tools
  • English language skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  • Passion and knowledge of wine and wine tourism
