Tasting notes
Light rose colour. This wine has a complex aroma where floral and red fruit flavours stand out, surrounded by slight toasted nuances. It has a beautiful balance between volume and acidity, finishing long and persistent. It is a wine with high gastronomic aptitude.
Food Pairing
Fish, pasta dishes, sushi, cod.
Vinification
Manual harvesting in 15kg boxes. The whole grapes are unloaded into a mass pump, from where they are sent to the pneumatic press where they are pressed slightly. The must obtained is transferred to a stainless steel vat and subjected to static decanting for clarification. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Vineyards
Vineyards planted between 350 and 400 metres, with an average age of 30 years.
