TASTING NOTES
A greenish-yellow white wine with a fresh aroma of fruit and white flowers. On the palate it’s very fresh, with very present acidity, smooth and with good persistence.
Food Pairing
It can be drunk on its own, as an aperitif, or with Asian dishes, grilled fish, seafood, fresh and composed salads, as well as pasta dishes and white meats. Matured cheeses.
Vineyards
These grapes come from a 20-year-old plot in Pombal de Ansiães (600 m) and another vineyard in the Vila Real area - in the parish of Mateus.
Vinification
Vinification in an open spout with fermentation in stainless steel vats after inoculation with active dry yeasts at a temperature of between 15 and 17ºC.
