Tasting notes
This violet-colored wine offers an intense and complex bouquet, with prominent floral notes and wild berry aromas, elegantly balanced by citrus hints of bergamot. On the palate, it is elegant and fresh, with firm yet smooth tannins, remaining vibrant and persistent through a long, refined finish.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with cured meats, grilled red meats, roasts and duck rice.
Vinification
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection of the grapes on a sorting table. After destemming and crushing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, optimized for the best expression of the grape variety.
