TASTING NOTES
A generous white wine with an intense golden yellow colour. Elegant nose with dried fruit and caramel. The palate is sweet with structure.

Serving suggestions
It is best served chilled. It pairs well as an aperitif with toasted almonds or as a dessert wine with almond or walnut cakes and caramel. It also pairs well with hard cheeses.

Description
Fermentation in a press with tanning of the masses. Foot treading for three hou-rs on the first day. Pumping over until fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy.
