TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby-colored red wine with a fruity aroma and spicy, elegant notes. On the palate, it is intense, with well-present but soft tannins and acidity, which gives it freshness, persistence and length.
Food Pairing
Pairs very well with all meat dishes, whether grilled, stewed or roasted. Game and soft cheeses.
Vinification
In a granite press with foot treading on the first day and pumping over, delestage until the end of fermentation. Inoculation of selected active yeasts and temperature control between 20 and 24ºC.
Barrel Aging
Aged in stainless steel vats with staves for one year.
