Tasting notes
Straw yellow color. Intense aroma, with white-fleshed fruit notes, involved in a slight minerality. Fruity and fresh with good volume. Long and persistent finish with balanced acidity.

Grilled fish, Seafood, Sushi, Fish Cataplana.
Vinification
Manual Harvest for chests of 15 kg. Separate vinification of the Encruzado variety. Manual selection in sorting table. After destemming and crushing, the resulting masses were sent to a pneumatic press where the separation of the must from the skins, with the must being subject to static decantation at low temperatures during 48 hours, for clarification. They fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Part of the lot of Encruzado aged for about 6 months in new and used French oak barrels.
Vineyards
Vineyards located at the Sub-Region of Terras de Senhorim between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted between 400 and 500m of altitude in granite soils, with ages between 8 and 50 years old.
