Vinification
The harvesting of the different varieties is done at the stage of maturation that is considered ideal for each of the varieties that constitute this blend. Manual harvest in 15 Kg boxes. Manual selection in a sorting table. After destemming and crushing, vinification occurs in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, with appropriate maceration to its characteristics. After malolactic fermentation, part of the wines obtained from Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro Preto were aged in French oak barrels of different ages, and the rest in stainless steel vats.
