Tasting notes
Ruby in colour, this wine has an exuberant aroma of black fruit, with slight hints of spice. On the palate it has a soft texture with velvety tannins, making it a very elegant wine.
Food Pairing
Oven baked codfish, white meats, soft cheeses.
Vinification
The two grape varieties were manually harvested and were vinified together in stainless steel vats, both of them having different degrees of maturation to achieve the perfect balance. The fermentation was conducted at controlled temperature of around 24 ºC and soft reassembles in order to privilege the elegance of the tannins. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in stainless steel vats.

Vineyards that surround Adega da Teixuga, planted at 420 meters, south-facing, with 8 years of age.
