TASTING NOTES
Spices and black fruits in jam, gently toasted flavours and hints of vanilla. A remarkable wine, full-bodied, balanced and well-structured, with a truly pleasant and lasting finish, marked by its irreverent, soft, round tannins.

Food pairing
This is an excellent wine for grilled red meats, as well as game or typical stew dishes.

Vinification
Exclusively fermented in French oak vats. Aging for 12 months in new French oak barrels. 36 months of bottle staging.
