Tasting notes
Citric color. Fruity aroma, with floral and citric notes. Well balanced freshness and acidity with a persistent ending.

Vinification
The grapes were manually harvested in chests of 25kg, destemmed and pressed in pneumatic press. The resulted must fermented at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC. Aged on fine lees after the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with french oak staves and with weekly batonnage during 9 months.

Vineyards
Vineyards planted in crato a small town in the sub-region of Portalegre near the São Mamede Mountain.
