Tasting notes
Intense and deep color, almost opaque. On the nose, it reveals elegant aromas of ripe black fruits, such as plum and blackberry, wrapped in spicy notes of black pepper and clove, with subtle hints of sandalwood. On the palate, it is structured and firm, with robust yet well-integrated tannins, giving it a silky and enveloping profile. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a sensation of juicy black fruit and a slight spicy touch.
Food Pairing
Oven-roasted kid with golden potatoes, Braised pork cheeks in red wine, Seared tuna with sweet potato purée and red wine sauce, Roasted eggplant with spices and aged cheese.
Vinification
Manual vinification. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
