Herdade da Rocha Reserva White 2022

Tasting notes
It has a bright citrus color. The nose is complex, dominated by citrus aromas, white fruit and mineral notes. On the palate, it stands out for its vibrant freshness, balanced texture and lively acidity that prolongs a striking finish.

Food pairing
Lobster rice, grilled fish (sea bass or sole), vegetarian lasagna, light cheeses such as ricotta, burrata or chevre.

Vinification
Whole grape pressing, static decantation by cold (8ºc.), 2/3 of the fermentation conducted in stainless steel at 18ºc., final 1/3 in old 500 litre barrels. Batonnage until bottling.
