Aroma of tangerine peel, with a very strong concentration and elegance. Spice notes from the French oak. Concentrated, fresh with an endless ending, pure pleasure.

Perfect for a Portuguese style cod, exquisite fish dishes, seafood or light poultry dishes. Great with soft cheeses.

Vinification
Fermentation is carried out in French oak vats for 30 days.

Aging
Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels with bâtonnage. 18 months of bottle staging.
