Tasting notes
Intense citrus colour. Aroma of fruity, with citrus fruits and white fruits predominating. Fresh, fruity with good volume and persistence at the end.
Food Pairing
Oven roasts and fatty fish.
Vinification
Total destemming, light cold skin maceration, static decanting and alcoholic fermentation at 16º.
Vineyards
The vineyards are located at the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountains at an elevation of about 50 meters above the sea level. The older vineyards were planted in 1972, followed by new plantations in 1999.
