TASTING NOTES
Greenish white wine. The aroma is fresh with a floral scent typical of the grape variety and slight notes of honey.

Food Pairing
It can be drunk on its own as an aperitif or with light white meat dishes, salads and cheeses.

Vinification
Vinification in an open cellar after pressing the whole grapes and decanting the must. After decantation, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16ºC.
