Vineyards
Vineyards situated at 500 meters of altitude in Murça.

Vinification
The grapes were manually harvested in chests of 25kg, destemmed and pressed in pneumatic press, after being cooled. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 12-14° C during 14 days.
