TASTING NOTES
Lime aromas with subtle hints of flint and tropical fruits. The palate combines its freshness with a prominent structure. Strong minerality and an excellent after taste.

Food pairing
Perfect pairing for oysters, mussels, scalops and other shellfish as well as sushi.

Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel vats and matured “sur lies” with “batonnage”. Three months in bottle before its release.

Vineyards
Vidigueira microclimate. Mediterranean climate with strong atlanticity as well as a continental infuence in Spring-Summer.
