TASTING NOTES
An intense aroma with notes of tropical fruits, citrus and a strong minerality. A generous palate, fresh with flavours of tropical fruits and a long and striking after taste.

Vineyards
Vidigueira microclimate. Mediterranean climate with strong atlanticity as well as a continental infuence in Spring-Summer.

Vinification Method
Fermented in stainless steel vats and matured “sur lies” with “batonnage”. Three months in bottle before its release.
