TASTING NOTES
Deep dark red wine. Intense aroma, red and black fruit (strawberry, plum, blackberry, cassis) surrounded by delicate wood notes. In the mouth it’s intense, fresh, with fruit and tannins present but well polished, notes of black pepper and spice.

Food pairing
An intense aroma with notes of mature mango, orange peel and exotic spices. Fresh, unctuous, elegant, and generous. Long after taste, full of character.

Vinification
Wine was fermented and matured for 6 months with “batonnage” in new and used French oak barrels.

Vineyards
Vidigueira microclimate. Mediterranean climate with strong atlanticity as well as a continental infuence in Spring-Summer.
