Tasting notes
With a citrus color, this wine presents an aroma of white-fleshed fruits with a slight tropical touch and subtle floral nuances. It is a very vibrant and fresh wine, with acidity well balanced with the fruit.

Fish, salads, seafood, pasta.
Vinification
After destemming and crushing, the must was sent to a pneumatic press, where the juice was separated from the skins, followed by static decantation for clarification. It was then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
