Tasting notes
Pink in color, this wine has an aroma of raspberries and fresh strawberries, with slight floral nuances. On the palate it has some structure, revealing itself to be very lively and fresh, with a very balanced acidity.

Fish, pasta dishes, sushi, salads, white meats.
Vinification
Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes. Selection of the bunches on a sorting mat followed by destemming and crushing. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Vineyards
Vineyards located at the Sub-Region of Terras de Senhorim between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted between 400 and 500m of altitude in granite soils, with approximately 30 years.
