TASTING NOTES
Ruby colour. The wine presents an elegant aroma, dominated by wild berries such as blackberry, accompanied by floral notes and red fruit preserves. On the palate, it reveals good volume and balance, with fine tannins that provide a smooth texture. Red fruit flavors are predominant, and the wine finishes persistently and flavorful.
Food pairing
Oven-baked fatty fish, sausages, beef stew and grilled pork.
Vinification
Manual harvest in 15 Kg boxes. Manual selection on a sorting table. After destemming and crushing, the mass is sent to a pneumatic press where the must is separated from the skins, followed by static decantation for clarification, and then fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Vineyards
Between 15 and 20 years old, between 600 and 700 meters.
