Tasting notes
With a golden hue, this wine presents expressive aromas of apricot, hazelnut, and soft smoked notes of great complexity. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant, and full-bodied, with an explosive mid-palate, confirming what the aroma had already suggested. A finish of great persistence that leaves in the mind.

Vinification and Aging
The wines that form the base of this batch, from the 2016, 2018, and 2020 harvests, were fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and then aged in used French oak barrels. During the aging process, periodic “bâtonnage” was performed in order to achieve optimal integration of the wine with the barrel. This aging process varied between 3 and 7 years. In the end, 12 barrels were carefully selected that revealed to the winemakers the ideal characteristics for the intended goal - the harmonization of wines from three different years would be greater than the parts.
