TASTING NOTES
Light pink - provence colour. Aroma elegant and delicate, with notes of red fruit. It stands out for its freshness, good acidity and a persistent aftertaste.
Food Pairing
As an appetizer, grilled fish and shellfish.
Vinification
Total destemming, cold skin maceration, natural static defecation, fermentation at 15º
Vineyards
The vineyards are located at the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountains at an elevation of about 50 meters above the sea level. The older vineyards were planted in 1972, followed by new plantations in 1999.
