After purchase, it may take up to 24 hours for the voucher to be sent.
Vouchers purchased by December 22 will be sent as usual. On December 23, 24, and 25, customers can continue to purchase vouchers, but these will only be sent after Christmas.
IMPORTANT: After payment, an automatic email is generated and serves as your valid Gift Voucher. If you would like to receive a graphic version with customized fields (From, To, and Message), please add these details during checkout or contact us after purchase.
The voucher is valid for 365 days and cannot be extended.
Advance booking is required by email and is subject to availability.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse the use of vouchers on high-demand dates and during festive seasons, which will be specified in advance.
